Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, Julie joined the ConneXions Middle School staff in 2009.  She attended Seattle University and graduated with degrees in Marketing and English Literature. Outside of teaching she enjoys exploring Baltimore, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Mr. Baluch grew up in Edison, NJ and attended the University of Maryland, College Park where he earned a B.A. in Government and a B.A. in Philosophy. He has worked in Congress and at the Center for National Policy located in Washington, D.C.
